A message from our Rector

Dear Beloveds: We are once again in a time when COVID  numbers are changing daily, and the sad news is that they are escalating at an alarming rate. The good news it that people who are fully vaccinated are contracting the disease at a much lower rate and, in most cases, with less aggressive symptoms. However, those who have not received the vaccine are getting the more highly contagious Delta variant at alarming rates, often leading to hospitalization or death. The real danger lies for those who are vaccinated in spreading COVID-19 to those who cannot yet be vaccinated or those whose immune systems are compromised. For now, we will continue to meet in the church and ask you to mask. As the situation changes, we may, if necessary, return to outdoor services--or, worst-case scenario, to a prerecorded service. Please know that these decisions are never easy, and we are trying to keep everyone as safe as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
